The INVE School is INVE’s international platform for a true “global knowledge network”, offering education, training and learning opportunities for new and experienced employees, in an atmosphere of openness, co-operation and multiculturalism.

INVE School's Vision

It has always been INVE's firm belief that the basic element for business development is "human capital" and that a company's most important resources are its people. Consequently INVE wants to attach great importance to the development and training of its employees.

To coordinate the training efforts within the INVE group, the INVE School has been created as the corporate training department.

The main task of the INVE School is to provide the INVE personnel with the necessary training and education tools. Besides this, INVE School is also a means to spread the INVE Corporate Culture and Core Values.

INVE School strives:

• to stimulate the INVE employees, among which many experts and specialists, to share and pass on their knowledge and expertise inside the company.
• to create a permanent attention for training by informing our employees about different training opportunities.
• to centralize and to support the organization of all internal training.
• to provide correct and updated information to new employees as well as to current employees, by taking up the role of Information Center of the group.
• to give newcomers the feeling of being part of the group by organizing an Introduction Program "Welcome to INVE" in our regional headquarters. Correct and recent information of INVE, its activities and its philosophy is being reinforced by the management during this training program.
• to contribute in understanding, discovering and carrying out the INVE Corporate Culture and Core Values.
• to improve internal and intercultural communication by radiating an atmosphere of multiculturalism and openness.
